All the time till realization of Center the draft stays open for changes according to interests of future users of center and citizen's needs.

Within this developing stage, fro the need of the project, certain documentation was produced – Feasibility study and ideal solution plan, which include existing programme and initiatives.

Based on the idea of Independent Urban Center, space of Jusovaca is imagined as a multi-complex, in which several NGOs and culture association could offer different programmes and services:

• Citizen's initiatives for improving living conditions
• Partnerships with public institutions
• Services for social endangered (creative workshops for children, additional education programmes, education for old skills…)
• Seminars and conferences
• Programmes for drug prevention and programmes for re-socialization of drug addicts
• Volunteer's education and volunteer's services for citizens and society
• Tourist info – service
• Programmes for helping women and children violence victims
• Environmental initiatives
• Non-profit radio station
• Alternative theater and workshops about theater
• Urban music programmes
• Independent film production
• Profit activities from which certain programmes in Jusovaca will be finance

Total space of Independent Urban Center Jusovaca is 3858m2 from what 1114 m2 is usable space and 2744 m2 court-yard space. According to ideal solution plan, Independent Urban Center is imagined as multi-complex of several units:

• Entrance part – surface 119, 25m2

Contents: reception with tourist bureau, coffee bar, souvenir shop and book shop with storehouse

• Working office space – surface 470, 62m2

Contents: non-governmental sector (427, 80m2) and management center (42, 82m2)

• Workshop block – surface 89, 65m2

Contents: children workshop space and three workshops with sanitary node

• Multiplex hall with attached contents – surface 343, 90m2

Contents: stage, auditorium with possibility of expending/mounting gallery, wardrobes, sanitary nodes, dance studio, windshield, ticket office, projection room and preparing room

• Culture block – surface 527, 35m2

Contents: gallery (148,16m2), studios (97, 45m2), office spaces for community and governmental coordination office for cooperation with NGOs (200, 74m2) and conference room (81, 00 m2)

• Information block – surface 345, 44m2

Contents: Internet club (197, 53m2) and radio station room with additional space (147, 91m2)

• Open stage with additional contents – surface 618, 84m2

Contents: stage, auditorium with moveable chairs, wardrobe, magazine for chairs, open tap-room and sanitary node for visitors

• Youth hostel with 18 beds – surface 174,18m2

Contents: two two-bed rooms with bathrooms, one four-bed room, five two-bed rooms, tea-kitchen and sanitary node with showers, economy space and extra sanitary node and showers

• Majority of usable space will be reconstruction of existing objects. For workshop block purposes – surface 89, 65m2, Multifunction hall – surface 343, 90m2 and Information block – surface 345, 44 m2 is for building new objects.
